How can you learn Buteyko?

The Buteyko Breathing Method is a program of education and simple breathing exercises that are used to help retrain your breathing to a healthy level.

The course is taught over 5 days (90 minutes per session) and involves principles for exercise, food and sleeping that Dr. Buteyko considered vital to good health.
